- For Paradigm Learning, Milo designed the award-winning simulation Countdown®: A Strategy Game for Project Teams.
This program, approved by the Project Management Institute, has been widely used since 1999.
- For the Helsinki School of Economics (now Aalto University), he developed an
Executive MBA course in Strategic Brand Management and as a visiting professor, teaches this course to Finnish,
Estonian and Korean executives.
- For the Collaborative Labs of St. Petersburg College, he designed and facilitated
a Leading
Change series for 200+ leaders in a large regional hospital chain.
- On a project for a leading bank, he redesigned a Six Sigma simulation from 6
hours to a more efficient 4-hour window, enabling faster program rollout at two sessions per day.
