"From square one... to square done!"
Milo Paich developed this tagline for Collaborative Labs of St. Petersburg College, an innovation center where he serves as lead facilitator.
Working with the Labs team since 2004, Milo facilitates high-energy "collaborative engagements" to accelerate
the launch of new business, organizational and civic initiatives. For example:
- A corporate finance team staged collaborative events with live and virtual participants
from around the world. The goal was to align and focus leaders on top priority changes.
- The office of Florida's Attorney General worked with Collaborative Labs to organize
seven regional task forces for a coordinated statewide Gang Reduction Initiative.
- Reality Check Tampa Bay brought 300 influential citizens from seven counties
to the Tampa Convention Center to kick off a process for public input into 2050 growth scenarios.
